A few easy activities that you can do if you are bored this summer that help you stay active and healthy. One thing is to find a sport you like and if the sport isn't during the summer then you can practice or find a camp. Another thing you can do is go out and ride a bike, biking is very good cardio and it is a enjoyable way to workout.You can go on jog one thing I like to do is sing while I jog becuase it helps you breathe stedily and it can be very fun. Lastly, you can go to a park and find some kids who you can run around with. There are many different ways to stay active in the summer but this is just a few ways, we may post more ideas in later posts.
